The words of this chant, written for Baba Muktananda in the 1960s by Babu Rao, one of his first devotees, mean: "Hail the great Lord, who is our support and protector”. Recorded live on Raksha Bandhan day, 1993, in Shree Muktananda Ashram, South Fallsburg, New York, the chant resonates in word and melody with great love for the spiritual teacher.
