There could be several reasons for this:
• The login that you used might have been for the Siddha Yoga path website. The Siddha Yoga Bookstore website and the Siddha Yoga path website are two separate websites. This means that you need to create a login for the Siddha Yoga Bookstore website separately.
• You might have previously registered under another e-mail address.
• You previously registered as a guest.
In any of these cases, you will need to create a new account on the Siddha Yoga Bookstore website.
Once an order is placed and the credit card authorized, additional items cannot be added. You will need to place an additional order for that purpose.
You will receive an e-mail with the invoice and tracking number within one day after your order has been shipped.
If the order is not delivered within 6 – 7 business days after receipt of the invoice and tracking number, contact the carrier you have chosen—USPS (U.S. Postal Service), UPS, or DHL—for the latest tracking information.
UPS doesn't deliver to PO Box addresses. You will need to choose U.S. Postal Service as the shipping method.
DHL doesn't deliver to PO Box addresses. You will need to choose U.S. Postal Service as the shipping method.
If you are unsatisfied with a bookstore item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Used products may not be returned.
Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable unless the item was received in damaged condition.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in addition to the 30-day return policy above. Please see our Return Policy for full details and how to exercise this right.

Customs charges are determined by the country to which the order is shipped. These charges are not included in the amount you pay to the Siddha Yoga Bookstore. Customers are responsible for paying the customs duties in their country. Please read the Shipping Policy at the bottom of the page.
You may not pay for an online order with a money order or personal check. To pay in either of these ways, you will need to mail your order, along with a check or money order, to the Siddha Yoga Bookstore.
Make sure that the check is from a bank in the United States ( we do not accept Canadian or other foreign checks). Make the check payable to SYDA Foundation, and ensure your address and phone number are written on the front of the check.
In order to know how much sales tax (where applicable) and shipping costs to include in your check or money order, please follow the following steps:
• Select the items you wish to order from the online Bookstore.
• Enter them in the shopping cart.
• Click the checkout button.
• Choose the shipping method.
• Choose checkout as a guest or register as a new customer.
• Proceed to fill in the billing and shipping information. At this stage in the process, you will see the items you selected and the total amount of the order, including taxes (if charged) and shipping.
