If you are unsatisfied with a bookstore item, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
Used products may not be returned.
Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable unless the item was received in damaged condition.
European Union and United Kingdom Consumers — Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason. This is in addition to the 30-day policy above. To cancel, tell us by a clear statement (for example, by email to orders@siddhayogabookstore.org, identifying your order) before the 14 days end; a model cancellation form is available on request. Return the goods within 14 days of telling us; you pay return shipping. We will refund your payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or your proof of return.
This right does not apply to sealed audio or video recordings (such as CDs or DVDs) or sealed health or hygiene products (such as meditation oils) once unsealed, or to personalized items.
Important Delivery Notice
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders. For deliveries to UPS or FedEx Access pickup locations, customers must pick up their packages within the carrier’s specified timeframe. If UPS or FedEx return a shipment to SYDA Foundation due to non-pickup or to delivery issues resulting from a customer error, SYDA Foundation will deduct the carrier’s returned-shipment fee, in addition to the original shipment fee paid by the customer, from any refund to the customer.
