Anandatse Dohi: CD

Sung by Gurumayi Chidvilasananda and group

Anandatse Dohi, Waves of Bliss—an abhanga by Tukaram Maharaj

Gurumayi composed the melody of this abhanga. The lyrics, written by Tukaram Maharaj, a poet-saint of India in the seventeenth century, describe the state of a great being, one who has realized the true potential within each person.

This is an exhilarating rendering of Tukaram’s ecstatic abhanga, recorded in 1997.
