Siddha Yoga^® Bookstore Shipping Policy (General Information)

The SYDA Foundation Bookstore ships to all fifty states within the United States and to over seventy-five countries.

Four business days are required to prepare and process an order prior to shipping.

An invoice with a tracking number will be sent you once the order is shipped.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US ONLY)

Shipping costs within the United States are now determined based on the value of your order (before tax). The following table shows the flat rate shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• USPS First Class Mail International
• UPS International
• UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address.
• UPS will not deliver to post office boxes.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

When ordering from SiddhaYogaBookstore.com, you are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees that are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; the SYDA Foundation has no control over these charges, nor can it predict what they might be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, this can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Please be aware that customs offices in some countries require the importer of record to provide a specific form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number, such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID number.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to some specific geographical locations.

• If you order such an item, you might not be able to receive your shipment. In this case, the SYDA Foundation will not refund the shipping charges.
