Gurumayi chants the initiation mantra Om Namah Shivaya. Gurumayi composed this melody, set to the Shivabhairav raga. An early morning raga, Shivabhairav reflects the tenderness of the new day and the grandeur of the rising sun.
This chant was recorded in Shree Muktananda Ashram in South Fallsburg, New York, in 1998.
