U.S. Ground:
• Available for all of the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska.
• Deliveries to the mainland states will be by UPS ground. Deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will be by Unites States Postal Service Priority Mail.
• Allow up to 3 business days to ship your order and then an additional 3-5 business days after shipping confirmation for delivery.
Please note: Due to recent changes in United States Postal Service charges and services, deliveries to Canada are now charged at the International rate and customers should be aware that import duties are imposed by Canadian customs.
Expedited delivery :
• Available for the continental United States only.
• Delivery will be by DHL.
• Under normal circumstances orders received before noon will be shipped by Two Day Air the following day. Allow up to 3 business days to ship your order and then an additional 2 business days after shipping for delivery.
Express delivery:
• Available for the continental United States only.
• Delivery will be by DHL.
• Orders received before noon are usually shipped the following day. However, allow up to 2 business days to ship your order in busy seasons.
Web customers in the East Asian-Pacific Region are encouraged to visit the Australian online bookstore.
International Shipping:
• Import duty is imposed by Government on ALL goods imported. Customers are responsible for paying this duty.

• Some countries (including Canada, Mexico, the UK, Europe and Brazil) impose VAT or other excise duty on some imported items at Customs. Customers are responsible for payment of this duty.
• You may wish to contact a local center to inquire what price they charge.
Important Information for Brazil:
• It is currently extremely expensive to send packages to Brazil by courier services and packages sent this way attract up to 150% in import duty.
• Shipping time is four to eight weeks.
