If you are unsatisfied with a bookstore item, you may exchange or return it within 30 days of purchase. Used products may not be returned or exchanged, particularly used japa malas, asanas, shawls, and meditation oils.

Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are non-refundable unless the item was received in damaged condition.
